Challenge and purpose
Within a very tight timeframe we took on the challenge of helping Novo withonboarding 200 new influencers, which is the most trusted and connected people in the sales organisation. We helped Novo transforming the culture of the sales organisation in Europe and the purpose of the meeting was to have 200 highly engaged and motivated influencers.
We designed a colorful, informal and playful virtual meeting platform that mirrored a modern and unique hotel setting abroad – it became the main hub for all content during the two days. The platform offered different hot-spots such as a “toolbox”, “Q&A” and “surveys” where participants could visit and interact. Live programming such as talks in plenary, debates, commentary etc. where all broadcasted via https://behavioursforsuccess.com/#0 and executed in both German and English.
