The challenge was to convert two physical events and an extensive exhibition area into a digital event. The purpose was to attract former and new attendees from all parts of the country.
Agenda Group created an intuitive and inspiring virtual universe featuring live rooms, interactive exhibition areas with predesigned and customized stands, as well as a feature, which guided participants directly to numerous talks on Zoom.
A Virtual Hive platform designed to replicate the Copenhagen-based conference venue Bella Center. The platform included five separate conference rooms for live streams, an exhibition area, a welcome area with green screen presenters, and a content library where all content was made available on demand after the conference. All interactions on the platform were – as agreed upon by the participants – registered, enabling the organizers to track participants’ interests, and generate lead lists for the exhibitors.
