Together, we created a fully branded, immersive Onboarding Universe—a centralised digital hub designed to function as a “central repository of knowledge.” This always-on platform empowers new hires to explore company values, tools, and operational procedures through a self-paced, interactive journey tailored to their roles.
From day one, employees enter a visually familiar and easy-to-navigate environment, aligned with ANDRITZ’s corporate identity. Through structured onboarding paths, embedded video content, quizzes, and multilingual support, users can engage with the content at their own pace—making the onboarding experience not just effective, but also empowering.
