Meanwhile, Bayer’s event team had access to a comprehensive analytics dashboard, tracking session attendance, interaction levels, and time spent in each area—providing live insights throughout the event.

The average attendance rate across all sessions surpassed 90%, with over 2,000 questions submitted and more than 5,000 interactions in the networking lounge.
