The purpose was to transform a physical fair into a lead generating digital experience. The challenge was to reassure exhibitors that a digital version of the physical fair would meet overall goals for lead generation, as well as a spike in visitors, shows, chats, and customer interactions.

The fair went from having 600 physical visitors in 2019 to 4,000 digital visitors in 2020. The digital fair experienced 145% more leads in 2020 compared to the physical fair in 2019.
