Our platform offers comprehensive CSV data export capabilities, allowing you to analyse various engagement metrics from your event. These metrics include activity in different breakout rooms, video plays, meetings, unique visitors, number of clicks, unique visitor IDs (if the platform requires login), and the locations of clicks in terms of hotspots. We assist our clients in generating these detailed reports, consulting with you to determine which metrics and reports are most valuable for your specific needs. This personalised approach ensures you receive the most relevant and actionable insights to evaluate and improve your event's performance.
You can request data reports yourself using the Admin application. Under Statistics -> CSV report, you can request various data reports for a specific time interval and receive the data as a CSV attached to an email. Available reports include registered visitors with login times (listing names, emails, registration, and login times), visitor interactions (detailing all clicks performed by individual visitors and including element types like ‘Program,’ ‘Page,’ ‘Gallery,’ etc.), visitor interactions with the Content Library (providing a detailed report on Content Library usage), and visitor minutes per page (showing heartbeat per scene per visitor). This data can be used as the basis for various pivot tables and can be transformed and displayed according to your needs. Additionally, we can provide this data via an API (push or pull), which may require a separate discussion.

UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) track the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns. When added to a URL, these parameters are captured by the Virtual Hive platform during the registration process. For example, clicking on https://producttour.virtualhive.live?utm_campaign=linkedin&utm_medium=banner and completing registration saves the UTM parameters (campaign=linkedin, medium=banner) with the user's information.
