The integrated native video conferencing solution facilitates networking among attendees through topic-focused chat rooms, webinar forums, and one-on-one video interactions. It encompasses breakout and networking functions, enabling group discussions and networking opportunities within events.
Specifically, the native video conference tool tightly integrated into the platform, can guarantee one-way live streaming to 600 attendees simultaneously, with two-way streaming meetings available for up to 200 attendees. Embed video meeting link to Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google, Vimeo, and likewise, providing a familiar interface for your attendees. By embedding an external meeting link into our platform, you can utilise your existing video conferencing licensees with access to the meeting within the Virtual Hive environment.
Specifically, for Teams, it will open up in a new browser window as it does not allow it to be embedded effect fully in other platforms. Vimeo, as an example, can be presented in a 80% view inside the platform for one-way streaming.
A feature that facilitates networking among attendees through topic-focused chat rooms, webinar forums, or one-on-one video interactions. Numerous topic-focused networking rooms can be created, allowing visitors to drop in to listen to a presenter or join a dynamic group discussion.
Each networking room can be named, as seen in the image below, and the administrator can add hovering text to indicate what the specific room is about before entering. Once a visitor clicks to join a networking room, the native video conferencing tool will prompt the visitor for microphone and camera permissions to join the networking event, just like in the physical world. Before entering a room, it is possible to see all online participants in the starting view.
